KŌINIkeystick is a key-generation tool, sold by KŌINI as a standalone product. It generates keys locally on hardware you control; it never stores, transmits, or has access to your keys, and neither do we — structurally. You are solely responsible for the seed phrases you create, record, and store. Lost or destroyed seed phrases cannot be recovered by anyone, including us; that irreversibility is the product’s purpose. The software is provided under its published open-source license; the published hash defines the authentic release. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and nothing on this site is financial advice. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for sticks with the tamper-evident seal unopened, refunded minus original shipping, handling, and a repackaging fee. Sticks with opened or damaged seals cannot be returned or resold — a security product that left a customer’s custody unsealed will never be reshipped to someone else. Sticks that arrive with a damaged or suspect seal are replaced free; contact support@koini.io before doing anything else.
We collect only what fulfillment requires: name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation from our payment processors (we never see full card numbers; crypto payments are processed by a third-party processor). No analytics or tracking runs inside the product itself — ever, as an engineering invariant. The website uses minimal, cookie-free analytics or none at all. We don’t sell, share, or enrich customer data, and we delete fulfillment records on request once warranty obligations expire. Orders ship in plain packaging with no indication of contents.
