The pre-order terms, in plain words

  • Timing: first batch ships within 30 days of your order; you get tracking the day it leaves. If we slip, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.
  • Independent review first: no stick ships until the entropy path — the code that makes your randomness — has passed independent security review. That review is already arranged. It’s a launch gate, not a promise.
  • Returns: 14 days, unopened tamper seal only, minus shipping, handling, and a repackaging fee. A broken seal voids return — for your protection as much as ours.
  • Privacy: plain mailer, no crypto branding in transit, and we keep only what fulfillment requires.
